Specialities

I take a collaborative approach to wellness, healing, and self-discovery, placing you in the driver's seat of your journey. My focus on awareness, intentionality, and agency empowers you to take charge of your process of becoming.

Using a holistic framework, I emphasize the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in therapy. My style is informed by Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, and other evidence-based practices. I have a particular interest in working with adults navigating grief, trauma, and significant life changes, such as shifts in family dynamics or career. I also enjoy working with couples to enhance communication and strengthen their connection.

I believe that each individual brings their unique story to therapy, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. Together, we will work to uncover the insights and tools that will empower you to move forward with confidence and resilience.

Currently, I am under the supervision of Amy Reamer, LMFT, and Melissa Horowitz, LPC, as I continue to grow and deepen my practice.
