I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and having someone walk with you on your journey of self-discovery can make the experience more manageable. I feel honored to work with anyone who takes the courageous step to address their struggles, pain, or desire for personal growth.
My holistic approach emphasizes the vital connection between mind and body, promoting a sense of well-being and wholeness. I enjoy using various modalities to help each unique client find their voice in a comfortable way. I have experience working with clients of all ages and addressing a range of issues, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma.
Therapy is hard work, but the outcomes can lead to the positive changes you seek in your life.
I am in my 2nd year as a Resident in Counseling working towards licensure under the supervision of Danielle Snyder, LPC, and Amy Reamer, LMFT.
