Specialities
I specialize in working with children, families, and adults, using play and other expressive methods to help clients of all ages navigate challenges and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. While I work mostly with young children and families, I also enjoy working with adults facing significant life changes. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where anyone explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely.
Play is a powerful tool for everyone—not just children! By incorporating play and expressive techniques into therapy, we can access deeper insight and self-awareness, often beyond what words alone can achieve. For families, I believe in the importance of teamwork, involving parents and caregivers in the process to support the child.
In my free time I love spending time outdoors, cooking new recipes, and doting on my family dog.
I look forward to partnering with you on this journey! I am currently under the supervision of Meagan Valenti, LCSW, and Jennifer Huffman, LCSW.
