I partner with clients of all ages to navigate and explore both their inner and outer worlds. I am passionate about incorporating expressive modalities into my work and moving at the speed of trust. By centering the therapeutic relationship, I strive to increase feelings of empowerment and secure attachments.

I work from a polyvagal theory framework and enjoy including creativity and play in my therapy sessions. I look forward to meeting you!

In my free time, I love being outdoors, enjoying activities like paddleboarding and exploring. I also have a passion for trying new foods and drinks, and I’m always on the lookout for restaurants I’ve never visited. Spending time with friends and finding ways to build community and be creative brings me joy. 

I am currently working under the supervision of Meagan Valenti, LCSW, and Jennifer Huffman, LCSW.
