I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), coping skills, career challenges, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. I have a special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and have received specialized training for working with transgender individuals.
My therapy style is person-centered, focusing on your unique experiences and goals. My role is to support you and provide resources as you navigate your healing journey. My training includes Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Ego States, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman’s Couples Therapy.
I understand that it takes courage to reach out for support on your path to a happier, more fulfilling life. That courage will serve you well, and I look forward to working with you!
