“Are you feeling trapped in limiting beliefs about yourself? Do you have difficulty maintaining rich, meaningful relationships?”
I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families cultivate more embodied, connected, and satisfying ways of being in the world. I have completed training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship.
I believe in the transformative potential of working directly with emotions to reintegrate disconnected parts of ourselves. With over 20 years of experience in elite athletics, improvisational music, meditation, and mindfulness practices, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I am deeply committed to creating a supportive and open space where all parts of you are welcome.
Currently, I am in my second year of residency, working under the supervision of Melissa Horowitz, LPC, Gavin Connor, LPC and Amy Reamer, LMFT.
