"Are you feeling stuck in frustrating patterns and difficult feelings?"
There is hope for change and healing. I partner with my clients to help them take an active role in their lives and develop creative solutions to their challenges. I focus on working with women, addressing common issues such as postpartum challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and stress management.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, and the Safe and Sound Protocol, and I use mindfulness, movement, play, and expressive therapies to help clients achieve their goals. I am also informed by Polyvagal Theory and enjoy teaching clients about their brains and nervous systems. Additionally, I have training in Christian counseling and can incorporate your faith into our work if you choose.
I oversee our Tame Your Tiger Program, utilizing the Safe and Sound Protocol, the iLs Focus System, and Interactive Metronome to create stronger connections in the brain and body, building more resilient nervous systems.
Our mission at Tame Your Tiger is to help clients get wired for connection instead of protection.
